You could just look at the "last active".
I wonder if that is factored into the modstalker as well as recent posts. If not, it should be.
It would if it had the time attached to it like it used to. But unfortunately, that was removed quite some time ago. And now, I only grab your profile page to find your name so I can find a post by you, and all that only happens once. I cache that information so I don't have to go grabbing loads of pages every time I want to update the last time you posted. As it is now, I need to load four pages the first time you are entered into the system, and then it's just one every time after that.
But anyway, I made a choice. I could either
A) Find out the date and time of your last post (more accurate for active users)
or
B) Figure out that you have logged in since 12:00AM on any given day (more current information on lurkers, but loses usefulness as the day progresses)
I chose option A. I think it makes a lot more sense.
