Java is coffee...

Im tryin to play Halo custom edition but I had to re install it because we had to reboot our computer
When I try to play i get a message sayin "halo is not compatible with the anti-aliasing overrides set in the control panel. please adjust this setting to 'off' or 'application default'"

I didnt thiink this was a problem because I Halo combat evolved for the PC I get the same message but it works fine

but when I try to play Custom edition when im loading the mainj menu i get stuck in the screen that says "HALO" (not the main menu, the screen before the main menu)
This anti-aliasing override is the only thing I see that might be the why my game is doin that

I looked in the control panel but I dont know how to shut off the override
does anyone know how to shut it off?
or if thats not how to fix it does someone know how?

1st of all are you vista or xp and 2nd are you nvidia or ati or other?
if you are vista & nvidia, right click personalize display settings advanced settings card you have tab start nvidea control panel 3d settings manage 3d settings and find it and turn it off in that area.
if you are ati and vista just mess around in the display settings area until you find it
for xp right click personalize display settings advanced and find it somehwhere in there

hope this helps

like fence jumper said, you need to go to the NVIDIA contol panel and turn off forced anti-aliasing. I've never used Nvidia's control panel though, but it's pretty easy to figure out I believe.
