Check out this game. While the stats may not seem to indicate anything, I say otherwise.

The game started off fairly normally, aside from a larger-than-normal scuffle for the sniper rifle which resulted in grenades being tossed and weapons being fired. I later got a boot screen because of this, I thought it was an accident but now wish I had taken it. Eventually the other team started winning, they got a Flag Capture. Then I noticed that both the enemies (in proximity chat) and my allies were all talking to eachother, one of my allies was driving their Warthog, and none of the enemies were being killed.

It was then that I noticed that a few people had quit on each team, and that I heard somebody say something like "Wait, so there's like two people who aren't in on it left". I was a bit confused. Somebody else quit, I assume the other person who wasn't "in on it".

Then, while running around with a sword, I saw an enemy, with an ally running behind him. I came up and sword lunged the enemy, and the ally started shooting me. I then died from being sniped with weakened shields. I never got the boot screen to come up again.

Anyway, somewhere here their flag got captured again, and I ran around trying to kill their two snipers (unsuccessful, without any support from the team).

Finally, a discussion started amongst them. Some wanted to just "kill everybody and finish this" while the other said he liked just sniping me because "it's fun". They decided to finish it, and our flag was taken. In a last act of rebellion, I ran into their base and grabbed their flag and ran to the roof. I heard somebody say "He's on the roof, but I can just snipe him out" and got hit by a body-shot, but I did the bunny-hop and got safely downstairs. I crouched behind the wall to regain my shields, turned around, and was met point-blank by their flag-carrier and somebody carrying a shotgun. I died. Somebody said "Finish it" and it was over.

By my count 9 people were in on this. Is this circle boosting? Can I report this? Or does this just count as people being annoying, and I can do nothing but leave feedback?

EDIT: I've left feedback of "Cheating" for everybody else who stayed.

Based on personal experience ive learned that if a teammate does enough damage to you and you then get killed by and enemy you can boot your team mate. I havent had it happen to me but it probably wont happen much more.
