O.K., so whenever I go to the multiplayer screen (the one that has the list of all the games that are available) there are never any games on, and when i change the filter to be the most generous filter there is, it's the same thing, no games, even when I turn off my firewalls and such. Help!

Did you click the button to actually make the list start searching for servers?

Yeah, when I did that it said, "An error has occured trying to contact the GameSpy master server." I don't know what to do!

Yes, I am a hypocrite, and I'm sorry. I really do mean well, but I'm not running on all cylinders.

yeah it works, i went to gamespy . com to see if they can provide me with help, so i went and it said to configure my firewall settings, so i did and it works, what i dont get is why it didn't work when i shut down my firewall completely...

Glad it works now. Every firewall is different, and some don't shut down completely when they should.
