So I think Jun's a master chef, because he takes off his helmet and your like whoa, I think he's a chef.

So to shorten this up, Jun is master chef.

How come Bungie doesn't have a group spotlight? I think that every week a group should be selected to have it's big members interviewed and a brief overlook of what the group is. What do you guys think?

Why do people in ship mutinies always ask for "better treatment"? I'd ask for a pinball machine, because with all that rocking back and forth, you'd get a lot of free games.

Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words - "mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.

KOTOR | The WarriorsI'll chain you to the truth for the truth shall set you free
I'll turn the screws of vengeance and bury you with honesty
I'll make all your dreams come to life, then slay them as quickly as they came

That doesn't give credit to the groups that should be getting it. I'd much rather have a write up, like we had before. Ideally, I want something like this or this to be done, but that required so much effort and the problems that came with TCC were ridiculous.

It it's a active group that does a lot and contributes the community, I don't see why not, especially in the down time when theres not much else for Bungie to report about.

Anyone but Foman. He smells like cheese.

The group The Guide does group spotlights as well as interviews of notable Community members and group leaders. This is done in a group setting by a dedicated bunch of volunteer Community members, and we've been doing it for years.

Our membership is not huge due to the desire of the group's founders' desire not to advertise aggressively, but we have lots of notable Community members and a couple of Bungie staff/former staff in the group. The interviews/group reviews are pretty professional in my opinion -- they go through a pretty exhaustive editing process and are well-organized and well-written.

Gods Prophet and I run The Guide, but with the ARG getting huge and GP being busy, there hasn't been much activity lately. I understand the desire, however, to have groups being placed in the public spotlight -- it's good for both the group itself and the Community.

I would never repost in our group reviews or interviews in the public forums without the express permission of the group's leaders or the interviewee, as well as consent from the moderators and/or web team. But it's certainly a thought -- people want recognition for the time that they put into this Community and many of them deserve it. The old 7th Column Council was a good idea that simply failed in its execution, but if a group like that existed and were well-run and well-organized (there would have to be extensive measures in place to prevent massive potential for elitism and other potential problems), perhaps it could take on doing the Community Spotlight and Group Spotlights in a professional, well-organized manner that could be brought into the public eye with the consent and help of the Bungie web team
