Wait do mean like after you hit a Checkpoint then when you look at at your screen you see like broken building typethings?

or part of a Cutscene?

Uh...no it's not, mr propaganda.

It's the known emulator glitch "burn in" Happens a lot in Campaign, I get used to it. to get rid of it, get out of campaign, pause, wait(it should go away) or turn off the console.

Mr. Propoganda...I like that.

And besides, 360's are gong to crash. Sooner or later--its been proven, but the 'man' will not allow this news to spead.
It'll be fine--fine--one minute and then -blam!-! --I mean BAM! It won't read any disks! Then a three weeks later the rings will appear, adding a massive insult to the tumultuous injury you have previously incurred. Is that a word? Hmm....

You know most companies no longer will take them to fix them. Why? Because they cannot keep up wit the demand.

A light at the end of the tunnel! The 360, after two years of HELL is finally being update with new chips! Chips! Chips all around! I love chips!

RIP Halo 2.

It's a normal error caused by improper emulation by the Xbox 360. That lightness is actually the overlay of another image from the game, probably and area you've been. It's almost like the burn-in caused on older projection televisions. I'm not sure what causes the artifact, maybe something to do with the memory not being cleared properly, but all 360s are prone to it and it even happens in multiplayer sometimes.

OH!! I get it.

Like when I play in Lockout sometimes and there's a 'glare' on the screen! OH.....and it stays on for as long as I'm online.

RIP Halo 2.

Reboot and it goes away. Going to the dashboard and starting Halo 2 again is enough to fix it.

Well, when I get my 360 back I'll know how to get that off the screen!

Thanks, man.

I got a really cool one once during the level Uprising. The shape of the Arbiter on the left, and a cliff with some grunts on the right. I should have taken a photo.
