Ok so I heard that you could link your Gamertag to bungie....Well I tried and thought it worked. For some reason I thought it wanted me to make a different name so I made is Spartanlasr. Now it says that my Gamertag with my Windows Live ID. My really gamertag is Beauboy93 and I want it to be that for bunige.
Also In the top left hand corner it says im chief001??? Can anyone please help me.Ok. This is no problem at all. Basically what happened is that you created a Bungie.net user name "Chief001" and when you signed into Xbox.com to link your gamertag you entered "Spartanlasr" and because it wasn't taken, it automatically created a Xbox Live Silver account.
I looked at your gamertag, Beauboy93, at this page here and it shows that it is linked to the Bungie.net user name "Crimson993" and this account was created today, 07/16/2007. What you have done is created two Bungie.net accounts linked to two different Xbox Live gamertags, one silver and one gold. You may not switch them because it is impossible to unlink your gamertag and impossible to change your Bungie.net Display Name.
Obviously you know your email address and password for "Chief001" because you posted with it. You need to find a way to log into your "Crimson993" account which has Beauboy93 already linked to it. You have to try to remember your email address and password that you would use to sign into Xbox.com with and look up your stats, achievements, ect... If you can do that, just sign into Bungie.net using the exact same information. It shouldn't be too hard considering that you signed into the account today, besides the fact that you created the account today as well.
If you can't remember your Windows Live ID information to access your account, try to remember what email accounts you recently created or go here to recover your account. I believe it is also possible to view your email address by signing into Xbox Live via the Xbox 360 dashboard with Beauboy93 and then going to Account Information. Once there select edit information and it should have the email address highlighted already asking you for your password. So even if you don't know the password you can find out the email address and then go to the Windows Live ID website and select that you forgot your password. It will then take you through a process so you can then access your account once again. Post back here if you are having trouble or have any other questions.
