its like a large force of win going through fusion, thus creating a chain reaction of a huge asplosion of win destroying any fail within its awesomeness.
I will call support. But I'm about to leave my home, so I'll just try my luck and see if any answers are useful when I get back. Then I'll call support.
I just got my 360 back from repair. It's a replacement. But I'm using the same hard drive, etc, as you'd expect. I had problems downloading the maps before they were free, but since my 360 failed, I was not able to download them free until today.
So I try and download them. It says "Installation failed" the first time. I try again, it works. So I go back to h2 and log in. Then I get a message saying "The content you downloaded is damaged." The maps are in my maps list when creating custom games, but it won't load, and MM still treats me as if I don't have them. But the installation went smoothly. I try again to re-install. It fails.
So now, here I am, asking this. Any help is appreciated.
PS: I also had to download a mandatory update for Halo 2. I'm not entirely sure, but I think it still gave me a "The content you downloaded is damaged." message even before I downloaded the maps. But never less, the maps are indeed damaged.
