The Banshee in Halo 3 is meant to be a balanced simple use entwined with "small" scale maps for aircraft. Halo 3 isn't supposed to be a simulator. And there's a reason why they don't let you dive anymore, balance.

I don't think we're allowed rolls and such for the sake of simple gameplay. It just wouldn't be worth it on such small maps for aircraft and it wouldn't be effective againt lasers.

Want better flight physics? play Ace Combat Six or like I said a simulator, don't give us your realism trash like the "military experts" used to do all the time.

as far as I am concerned about halo 3's vision of "air combat" it sucks. I am not putting down the game or anything, just the air combat aspect of it. I like what halo 2 did with the banshee having special maneuvers, but what about the unexplored realm of pitch, yaw and roll? would make for some pretty exciting combat in my opinion.

sorry ppl this was a mistake wrong forum.
