No, that's not a glitch or an exploit. In fact it was a major tactic in Halo 1 because the weapons went flying when you naded them. That doesn't really happen in Halo 2, but they do move a bit and that one there is the only place you can truly use it.


thats definitely not the only place to use it. for example... throw a frag grenade up to the sniper on lockout causing it and the barrel orbs to blow up and stand right out by the library entrace and voilla, you have the sniper

Can you think of anywhere else? I don't think that one counts because you're actually using the explosive barrels, you can do it by just shooting them. I think it's doubtful whether that sniper would fall off the edge if it was just from a grenade, they don't exert enough force on weapons lying on the floor.

Oh, I suppose another one is the sword on Zanzibar. That's only possible because it spawns hanging in mid-air. Weapons on the ground hardly move at all from grenade blasts.

In lockout if you have a BR and need a PP for the n00b combo, there's a spot you can aim a plasma grenade to bounce the PP down to you.
