Superbouncing is often used for players to get to locations they can see on a map that they believe that if there wasn't some invisible wall there they would be able to get to by simply jumping onto it. If we can see it we are going to want to get to it. That's the explorers spirit if you ask me. My suggestion is that when you design maps make them to where the playable areas are obvious and the non-playable areas have no physics to them. That way if you bounced to it you'd die, just like they have fixed Tombstone.
Coag, Foundation, all of the big maps should be wide open. If you can see it and would be able to jump to it you should be able to kill from it. Opening it up would make it possible for anybody to get to you without having to master some crouch, run jump, sweet-spot routine.
