its like a large force of win going through fusion, thus creating a chain reaction of a huge asplosion of win destroying any fail within its awesomeness.

Some of you are familiar with this:

I linked my Gamertag to Xbox.com using my .NET Passport, but since then, I've gotten a new account and a new Gamertag. How do I get my new 'tag linked, so I can access the My Livesection of Xbox.com?
—Messed up in Milwaukee

Dear Messed,
It's a kind of back-ass-wards way to do it, but nevertheless, there is a way to make it happen. Since you can't unlink a Gamertag from a .NET Passport, you need to link the Gamertag to a different .NET Passport:

* Create a new .NET Passport account. Just use some Hotmail throwaway e-mail.
* Link the old Gamertag to the new .NET Passport account. This frees up the link from the old Gamertag to the old .NET Passport.
* Link your new Gamertag to your old .NET Passport account.

I need help with steps 2 and 3. What do I do?

:-P

Trying something once will increace your chances of success, because you tried it. Try someting twice, and your chances increase yet again - seeing as you've done it. Try something a few thousand times, and your chances of success is exponentially increased; this increase would likely provide success every time

move this to the flood

Why? This is the logical place for this type of thing, the flood is more of a 'Why is my xbox messing up' type of place. But the Seventh Column, or the 'Bungie Community' has always been known for it's support in many issues. It's good that you are trying to do a good thing though, but it is considered spamming. If you want/suggest something to be moved, please, contact a mod. Doing this will only get you in trouble.

Okay Raven all you do is change the email on the old gamertag to the throwaway email. You can do this by going here and then selecting 'Billing and Contact Information'. Or, by going onto Xbox Live through the Xbox 360; press the 'Guide' button and then select 'Account Management'. Once here select 'Contact Information' you will be prompted to input your Windows Live ID password, enter it, and you will see on the bottom right hand side of the screen 'Email'. Select this, and change the email to the throwaway.

Then go to your new Gamertag and do the above steps, but instead of changing the email to the throw away, change it to the current Windows Live ID you have.

Then what will happen? It says it may take up to 3 hours to be reflected, but what will change to let me know any changes even took effect. Will my new GT magically become linked to my Passport, or what?

Basically. It should show for you almost immediately, while it will take everyone else a while to see it.

Hrm, try giving it a few. I haven't done this myself, so I don't know how long it takes. If it doesn't work, send me a message and I'll look into this.
