First, I don't understand why you think Microsoft is playing such a huge role in the development of this game. You seem to think Microsoft is in the “power-position.” On the contrary, it seems that if anything, Microsoft’s fate (as far as Xbox and Xbox Live) lies greatly in the hands of Bungie and Halo 2. Whether or not Microsoft is the publisher, Bungie will still continue to call the shots and make the game as they see fit. "Microsoft won't let Halo 2 suck" ... As though Bungie would? I think you give Microsoft too much credit (please note that I have nothing against Microsoft).
As for the remainder of your "argument", as aforementioned, your remedial spelling, punctuation and grammar is laughable. Admittedly, there is always a chance that Halo 2 (or anything for that matter) could potentially "suck." However, your argument provides no basis for this extremely unlikely event.
Long story short, if you want someone to actually hear what you're saying, or attempting to say, provide evidence, examples, anything to support your theory, because without that it's nothing but mere speculation, presented in a rather ridiculous manner.
