Fake right, especially considering it looks like they are using a previous OXM cover as they're Halo2 "case"...and look what the winning bid was

Yeah, some idiot tried to pass off a Non-Playable Halo2 Demo disk as a stolen copy of the game..eventually some OTHER idiot came on and committed even more fraud by bidding 99,999,999 million dollars for the game..he won ofcourse.

That "idiot" is from TeamXbox (I believe) and he's not going to pay for it, obviously. It's not fraud if the product doesn't exist.

Edit: On the winner's part, that is. It's obviously fraud from the seller.

Well im not exactly an active ebay-er so I wouldn't know what constitutes fraud on the bidders side. I guess the only idiots bidding were the ones who were posting serious bids.
