Location: Outlaws' Summit.
I've tried basically everything. It's good to test stuff out and get a feel for it, but after a while it kinda messed up my BR and I was thinking too much instead of fighting.
Now, I strafe to the left, then the right, fake I'm strafing left and move right again (sorry if that's confusing LOL) It throws people off most of the time.
I've tried circle strafing, it's ok in mid range fights. I don't really do Z strafe that often. Crouch strafe can work sometimes, but only in really close quarters.
It's always better to strafe "quicker" and shorter in close combat, and wider in long range combat. At least, that's what I've experienced. Jumping throws 'em off too, but I only do that when I'm down a shot (good players aren't normally thrown off by jumps, but I try it anyway.)
Some people say having a good strafe is more important than accuracy. Still trying to figure that one out for myself.
