Ok here it is sorry if this has been spoken of a few time, but I'm usually in the H3 Forum,
But I was wondering what the Average Kill/ Assist/ death/ Ratio. is.
Mine right now is
# Total Kills: 13067
# Total Deaths: 6095
# Kill/Death Ratio: 2.1439

and thats with a little over a thousand games...

If its good I'm not bragging

So many variables. What playlists do you mostly hang out in, if it is mm that you usually play? Ranked or unranked? Party up often? How often do you play? Ever do any deleveling or just fart around and not try hard? Have you played ranked matches enough to reach around your peak skill level? Do you cheat, which includes BXR, dub shot, circle boosting, superbouncing, standbying, modding? How many Halo 2 games have you played on Xbox Live, all your accounts, if this isn't your only one, just to get an idea of roughly how much experience you've really had?

See, so many variables. Although, that is an impressive kill to death ratio, having over twice as many kills as deaths.

Mine is 1.3 - 52,000 kills - 40,000 deaths, roughly

1. This has been talked about. Many, many times.

2. What the hell is a Kill Ration?

3. EVERYONE has a kill ratio above 1.0 apparantly. Most have one above 1.5, it seems. This is not statistically possible. If someone claims to have a Kill Ratio above, say, 1.7, then they are ALMOST ALWAYS one of three things:

a. Someone who played A LOT and then got a new account, getting back to their high level and demolishing people along the way.

b. A liar. (Most people)

c. Someone who only plays training or customs.

See, I apparantly "suck" cuz my K/D ratio is a paltry 1.3. Even though a good player is anyone who has above 1.0, if you think about it. Either way, it is not possible that everyone has the kill ratio they claim they do.

Judging someone when you don't really know them or the variables just isn't right, especially if you're just judging by k/d ratio and saying they suck.

This has been talked about many many times, and your point is?

A kill ration, you obviously know what he is is talking about anyway, so your point is?

A liar. (Most people) please, you can only speak for yourself.

Actually, it seems perfectly logical that the average kill to death ratio is 1.0, not 1.3, derr.

This guy doesn't only play training or customs anyway, he does seem to be a real good player.

my other account, if you are gonna send me an FR, send it to this account and my Main GT.

A kill ration ? Are you distributing kills evenly to different people ?

Actually.

1. I never said people suck based on their kill ratios. Quite the opposite, really. Read better, thats my suggestion. I have a friend whose kill ratio is around .75, I'd pick them for my team anyday though, they may get killed more than they kill, but they are good at dishing out support fire and flagrunning.

2. Seeing as how my entire post was bashing people who look TOO FAR INTO k/d ratios, I find it odd that you would tell me to stop thinking people suck because they have a low ratio.

3. I told the kid he spelled a word wrong. dfo.

4. Yes. Most people who say they are above 1.7 are liars. MOST. Or, they have come from another account. Or, they play staged matches. There are people, yes, who are just that good at this game. But 8 times out of 10, there are extenuating circumstances.

5. I certainly am not lying about my k/d. Suckamc 13 is my gamertag, look it up yourself.

6. And of course an average of 1.0 makes sense. That's why I said, it makes no sense if everyone's average is ABOVE 1.0. Once again, read better.

Games Played: 3654
Total Kills: 43416
Total Deaths: 24733
Kill/Death Ratio: 1.7554
Total Assists: 11135

I don't spend too much time in Trainings either, just as warm up usually. Also, k/d ratio doesn't have much to do with skill. If the 2 best players in the world played each other 1,000 times in 1v1 slayer on lockout and each won about 500 their k/d's would probably be about 1.0 or so. It's really just a stat for fun. And you can't really tell a true k/d ratio until about 5000 games. That way you have a good, wide base of comparison.

Edit: This is my only account and I don't play too many customs, in reference to what was said before.

RIP Halo 2.

Ratio doesn't mean all thatmuch. Certain playlists are prone to different ratios.
