I like comcast speed, I have my modem hooked up to 2 360's and a computer and it runs great with no lag. You cant download alot of things on the coputer and play your 360 though.

The Bads, I seam to be having connection problems like the connection going completly out, Their customer service people are idiots trained to only say to do 3 things and after that they are well thats all we can do if that does not work we will send a guy out with in a week. They also dont tell you that you have to pay $10.00 to have that guy come out. The three things they are trained to say is turn of the computer and then turn it back on, unplug and turn of the modem and then plug it back in, most only do that every once in a while you get a guy that will actually check your ping. I dont see why if that is all they ever say then if it does not work they shoot out a guy to your house, why they even have people on the phones and not have it all animated but I guess that is besides the point

They are always trying to cover their butts by having a automated guy say that they are doing maintenence in your your area and that it should be fixed shortly and that they are exsperiencing a high volume of calls so you will have a long wait, The thing is this message is always there and never changes. also the average wait time for me to get a person is 20 min to 45 min sometimes longer.

So in summary really fast when all is well bad thing is it strays from being all well alot and when it does you have idiots helping you.

The reason why i have it is that it is the fastest around here (even though I am still looking for it is really pricey)

FIrst of all, for all of you that have comcast, is it reliable? Does the internet go down often? Secondly can you play XBOX LIVE and use the internet at the same time on a computer with a router without lagging? I know this is th ewrong place but the flood is filled with Ninkumpoops. Poop. Emphasis on the POOP.
