Sorry dude, but from my experience, it can't be tought. Either your born with the skill or your not...

Although I have seen some people learn it over time by themselves... Just keep practicing. And beleive in yourself, it's all in the attitude.

You need to improve your capacity to read rules.

Once you do, you will realize you placed this thread in the wrong forum.

might want to adjust your thumbstick sensitivity. could be too sensitive for you. maybe not sensitive enough. i know what you mean because i love the game so much, but i suck at it because of aim. adjusting sensitivity helped a lot. also, i have another idea. i noticed first in me, then in my n00b friends. my more seasoned buddy pointed it out. your natural impulse is to look towards the ground. keep the cross hairs level, or even SLIGHTLY up a bit (helps for head shots), and you won't have to take the time to adjust aiming vertically. it sounds silly, but if you over compensate when coming back up, you'll be above the other player. basically, a whole lot of flailing around. and it seems more accurate when you pull the trigger individually instead of holding it down and using the auto fire. try out different controller settings in campaign. see what feels best for you.

Practice as said, be sure to lead your shots as well.
Also different combos of dual wielding works better on different boards, play with that.
Plasma rifle works well, since you dont have to reload, just watch your temp on it.

I almost always aim at the head, that will help out as well.
a good frag to weaken their shields before they get close works too.

It is like impossible to hit a moving target in Halo PC

Let alone the 3 times needed to get a decent kill

and head shots? pfft you have to be at point blank for a chance of hitting
