Angela,

Every attempt to contact, Bungie and Microsoft have failed. They just won't respond. Since the Forum has somewhat of a connection with Bungie, I'm hopeing it'll be able to get in contact with them.
A few readers have asked me about t-shirt designs centered around my "Miniature Halo" comic. As I've told them, Halo is not my property, so I'll have to get approval from both Bungie and Microsoft before I can acturally sell "Miniature Halo" murchandise. At the time I didn't see it happening.
But then I relaized that the "Red VS. Blue" guys (at www.redvsblue.com ) have sold DVDs of thier PERSONAL Footage of Halo and made profits from them. Not to mention they sell shirts with Personal logos based off of the game. That's when I got to thinking. If they can do it, then why can't I?
So I ripped up a New Logo based off of the New Halo2 Logo and made a few quick design concepts. Since the Logo is basically original and doesn't mention "Halo," I'm hoping it'll be okay. And since all the Halo Figure Pictures I'll be using are ones I PERSONALLY took myself, they should pass as well.
I still need permission from Bungie and MS before I'll even attempt it. Because I'm not about to risk getting sued by those guys.
Please, is there anyone who can get either Bungie or Microsoft to contact me about this? They can find my Comic at http://halo.bungie.org .If anything, it'll help Promote the game, companies, and products. The comic has already helped sell a Lot of the figures.

PS: the logos in the image are ONLY concepts. Go here to see the concepts.

Short answer: No.

Longer answer: No, you cannot sell anything that contains Bungie's intellectual property. Rooster Teeth, the RvB guys, were given clearance due to the phenomenal popularity of the series.
