The lack of the assault rifle. I know a lot of people -blam!-ed about the M6D pistol missing, but frankly, I couldn't give a -blam!- about that. All I wanted was my good ol' assault rifle. Oh and the ending.

GameBattles Team:

I did miss the original feel from Halo: CE in campaign... Plus everything looks REALLY small in Halo 2's campaign compared to Halo 1's, such as the Flood, marines, and even the environments altogether. Plus, sometimes the AI was stupid.

But yeah other than that... It was a good campaign.

They added more objects true, but more isn't always better. Basically it looks plastic because there is less detail on surfaces such as rocks and walls.

I don't think that the Halo 2 campaign had much replayability. I mean after you beat it, you get sick of going back and beating it again, and again. IMO, Bungie also should have kept the M6D pistol with scope and the AR.

I tend not to dwell on the past, on a positive note; I enjoyed getting the skulls. That kept me interested. They I learned how to mod, then that kept me interested, I don't really play the game much now other than XBL.

I feel the same way, after defeating the game once, it seemed boring to replay the game. In halo one I could always go back to the place with all the flood and the monitor. (flood in halo 1 rocked)

Bad Things:
No AR.
The Jackal Snipers on Higher difficulties are ungodly accurate.
Vehicles fall apart really fast: Look like they are made of cardboard.
No real "Sniper" section ala: The start of Truth and Reconciliation.
The Flood are more of a small pond.
The "Hallway" feel of it.
I didn't cound melee lunge and auto aim, because they are more of a multiplayer problem

The good things:
Plot twists Galore! (Arby, leaving Earth, Gravemind, Civil Wars)
Banshee Dogfighting, not once, but twice! (Hampered by Bad thing # 3)
"The Gravemind" level was epic.
Cliffhangers, I like cliffhangers!

That's why I'm going to love Halo 3 since it's coming back in a better form =D

Yea... Im going to have to disagree with you there, The AR holds a small amount of ammo.. almost as much as much as a Dixie Cup. Though, It is more accurate.

Last of the Brunnen G

I think the Halo 2 Camapign was realy good, but in my opinion, the parts of the story were too fast. It all goes from one big thing to another without much explaining, like the Covenant War at the end of game or the death of the prophets. There were so many Story plots, which are important for the whole Halo story but there wasnt big cinematic what I hoped and thats what I dont like on the whole campaign. For people, who just playing Halo once, it was too fast.

I don't really think there's anything I could truly call sickening. I think it fell short of the mark set by its predecessor in many ways, but it didn't make me feel ill! I found the plot less engaging, the overall experience a bit less immersive, the levels and encounters not quite as huge or enjoyable, and I found it didn't have the same depth of atmosphere. But I do think it's a good game, which had some moments I enjoyed a lot. I just don't find it nearly as replayable.

Too Much Flood. I hate the flood. I think I might have played the campaign twice.

1.Arkham Asylum, 2.Mass Effect, 3.Halo CE, 4.Mass Effect 2, 5.Halo 2, 6.Splinter Cell Double Agent, 7.Gears of War 2, 8.Medievil, 9.Oblivion, 10.Crash Team Racing

1. AI (Snipers, ally drivers, standers...)
2. Repeating (Doing same stuff in all levels over and over like driving vehicle against same enemies got tired, for example)
3. Loading, mostly textures (Stripped me away from game world)
