ok, I just got a new tv, and when I play halo 2 coop on it, the screens are side-by-side, unlike my old one, which I am used to. I went to display to change from widescreen to standard, and it won't let me. can someone tell me how I can change from widescreen to standard?

Its G-A-C! not GACK! Although gack is some awsome stuff.

Bungie patch the Plasma Pistol to a 15 shot kill when shot normally plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

Its most likely that you have your screen settings on your xbox to widescreen. The side by side thing happens when it does that. Put it back to full screen to fix it.

well even if you do change it you will lose your sweet widescreen

Isn't it easier just to get used to it.

I don't think you can change it if your using a 360

EDIT:oh nevermind, the only way to do it is to also switch it to 480p

I can't possibly understand why you would want to sacrifice that much video quality anyway, but your welcome for the help

FISH OR CUT BAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to settings on the 360. Change your tv setting to standard tv and then change it to 420. I have a wide screen HDTV, thats what I do to change it.
You still have a wide screen picture also. I can't play with mine side by side either.
