Dear the Bungie Community and Ninjas,

My friend LT Poison was recently blacklisted from Bnet for posting a topic in which he translated a few lines of text from a French magazine. He did not break any rules however because he didn't post an image of it or link to it. There is nothing in the Rules saying you can''t translate leaked info. It's just like posting leaked info that's already in English such as the Elephant, the Hornet, and Forge. In my opinion, this perma ban was totally un called for and if anything, he should recieve a temporary ban because his intentions were the same as those as others who posted about leaked features and vehicles. Why shouldn't all those other members be blacklisted too?
Also, the moderator gave a very smart-ass reason for the ban which isn't a good way of representing the other forum Ninjas. I was given a two week ban from the same moderator a while back and wasn't treated politely either.

Sincerely,
Snoshado (LT Elysian)

P.S. If I am blacklisted for defending my friend then so be it.

***EDIT****Snould is a misspelling of should****EDIT****

Do you lack common sense? Bungie.net will not have anything to do with illegal activities, albeit, just a few lines of text.

No, you won't get blacklisted for attempting to defend your friend, our moderators just have no tolerance for illegal activities (because such, even just a few lines of text, could get this site pulled off for good), and ignorance of the rules, they'd never ban you for something like this. They're just doing their job.

Personally, I think Bungie.net has some of the best moderators I've ever seen on a forum. So don't go around saying we need new Ninjas anyway.

SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!

You did not need to make a topic about this. PM the ninja in question and let them deal with it.

Also, posting a leak is still posting a leak. You can't just copy and paste leaked information. Your "friend" got exactly what he deserved.
