Hey, sorry if this topic was already posted, but does anyone know how long it took MC to reach other humans in his Longarrow, or longbow fighter ( forgot the name of it), and when does Halo 2 take place. The only book ive read was fall of reach, and any insight you might have on this would be nice, thanks alot.

The entire game of Halo, or otherwise known as Halo: The Flood, in terms of the books, was about a little less then a month, if even that long. It's to be estimated, after reading the First Strike, that Halo 2 would take place about a month after Halo 1.

In an interview with Pete Parsons he said that Halo 2 takes off shortly after the end of Halo: Combat Evolved with the book filling in some spots.

I have no idea what this means, but I do think it might mean that we are going to have to raid the Uneven Elephant in Halo 2, possibly being the first level, I dont know.

Read "First Strike" for all the details regarding time and activities the MC has between Halo and Halo 2. You'll be glad you did.

I think he'd need some time to pee first. I didn't see him go for one while I was playing!!!

Maybe it's like the spacesuits... you can go while you're in it.

Actually, Halo is supposed to take place over one weekend, more or less. It's noticable if you watch the dates of the chapters in The Flood; all of it takes place over a few days, not a month. And for you people who think he didn't pee, he did- it's when he's in the camp with the Helljumpers, he takes his armor off. Of course he uses the toilet then, but don't think that Eric (the author) was going to write about John using the restroom.

hey that would be funny if the master chief goes in his suit and when you see him get sucked out into space it all just despences huge cloud of yellow piss come out as the chief falls to the battle cruiser. Or when he first discovers the flood he is standing there in shock and there it goes. drops out randomly with a beep or something. :)
