What is with that guy? In about every level he's in, he dies. And when you beat Halo in legendary he dies with an Elite. How is he in Halo 2. He's one tough SOB.
No S**t.[Edited on 6/1/2004 6:42:06 AM]
i think they've made a lot of clones because he hates the covies so much and that he just wants them dead so the cloned him so each time he dies they can just send another clone
just think of him like kenny from south park.
that ending had nothing to do with the story, it was just for "kicks". he doesnt die on every level if you keep him alive. if you really want to know how he survives then read the books (the flood and first strike)
I figured the books would tell me. I have all three but I haven't read the second or third yet.
He was a duplex in a large family. There is only one of him left so they have sent a group of marines to bring him back. (Wait isn't that the plot to saving prvt Ryan?)[Edited on 6/1/2004 6:48:45 AM]
Sergeant Johnson was infested by the Flood in level 6. He has a supposedly immunity to them thanks to his latent nervous system damage. However, in First Strike it is revealed that he still has dormant Flood cells in his bloodstream... Crap, now Earth is gonna get infested...
Oh yea (on topic), that's why he's alive. The Flood gave him excellent regenerative abilities, kind of like Wolverine has in X-Men. That's the popular concensus at HBO, at least...
