No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main; if a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friends or of thine own were; any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind, and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.

I know for a fact, beyond any doubt at all that I've been killed many times with full shields by a single frag.
The last time it happened was last night on Elongation. I just slipped out of a double team by the crates. I ran up the ramp, waited for my shield to regenerate, crouched down walking toward the walkway with the shotgun and all in the sudden, from below a frag was thrown, I heard it hit, explosion, death.
My shields were full.
Because you just came from a double team, your health was probably low. Not your shields, you health. It is invisible in Halo 2, but it's there. And, if you have no health , then one grenade will kill you even if you have full shields.
Prove that there is "health". Tell me where I can read that it is mentioned that you have health, as well as a shield, in Halo 2.
Your 'health' as I understand it, is what keeps you from being killed by one shot in the back in, say, a SWAT game. It takes almost half a clip to kill someone in the back. This is due to your 'health', I believe...however, I might be wrong. Please feel free to correct me.

Nope, that's damage resistance, one of the options. :P
