As most of you know, a company Infinium Labs has created a "vaporware"(read: fake) console called the Phantom. It was to be more powerful than any other console on the market, and as a bonus, it would receive its games from an online library, then save them to a hard drive instead of reading DVDs/Blu-ray. In short: a pirate's dream. They made absurd claims, such as the Phantom supporting Windows XP(Sure, Microsoft would ditch the Xbox and let the Phantom market that), and nobody believed them. They claimed on their websites on multiple occasions that they would be appearing at two separate E3s, but did not show at either one.

Well, according to an article, they're strapped for cash. Thoughts? Comments?

We’ve watched while the stars burned
Out, and creation played in reverse.
The Universe freezing in half-light.
Once I thought to escape.
To end a master, step out of the
Path of collapse. Escape would make us God.
Yet I cannot help but remember one enigma,
A hybrid, elusive destroyer.
This is the one mystery I have not solved.
The only element unaccounted for.

Lol, morons.

The Phantom was doomed from the day it was announced. A game console that would have the ability to play all your favorite games. What a joke.

Here's another interesting note on how Infinium Labs seems to spread as many lies as possible: They have claimed a few times now that they have photographic evidence of their console. Each time, they were obviously 3D renders.
