Please no group invites... I only play MLG customs and don't spend my time wasting it on groups, clans or any other internet social crap.
Also, if you think you are good and so forth. TRY HELPING..
If you don't go around -blam!-ing at teammates, people will generally listen to you. As said before, "I don't call myself good" but many people I started to play with think so because how I act and give them pointers. Once you get someone attention on your team and they start listen, explain how if you are having a bad game, you should know to play it slow, "I understand you aren't bad, just play this round slow and help call spots"
Don't just be like, "man you suck, stop giving them kills" all it will do it cause him to do so.
The biggest thing you can do to help newer players to Halo CE or 2, is get them to understand that 'attack, attack, attack' is the WRONG WAY to go about Halo. FFA and Team games are differnet, maybe in FFA but not Team. If you aren't a god at the BR and you kill 1 or 2 players, STOP MOVING FORWARD.
Many good players pay close attention to their teammate that die, and always look for the 1 shot finisher. if you get a double kill LIVE WITH IT, don't push forwards for the triple if you are only 1 or 2 shots from dieing.. Gain some poeple's trust and help them with pointers. I'm not a godly BR person, but it almost every gametype my plan is to help teammates and go positive (in objective games, I know I'm not he stronger BR so I do more of the objective)
*Most players that play at my ability understand when they should be ball, flag, or bomb guy. If I see my teammate just getting destroyed, then I'll see how I BR against them. If it starts working I'll ask the guy I see die the most to help with the objective. BUT I won't say "Man you -blam!- suck, you need to stop shooting people and starting moving the objective" LIE to them if you have to.. "here, I have the sword, combo, shotgun, etc you get the flag or bomb"
Stop whinning and figure out a way to overcome your problem.
