Ok, so when I quit playing Halo 2 about a year ago, people would tell their teammates where an enemy was by saying things like "Middle BR" on Lockout or "Top Carbine" on Midship.

Now I come back and they say "BR 2" and "Car3" and things of that nature. Personally, I have no idea what these mean and they seem VERY widespread, so I was wondering if anybody could either help me out or send me a link that could.

I'm really only interested in the 6 maps in Team Hardcore: Lockout, Midship, Warlock, Sanctuary, Ivory Tower, and Beaver Creek.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

- Xaej

Middle BR is also called BR2, some people still use the low/mid/top callouts instead of the 1/2/3 callouts.

If you need an idea as to where these things are, try thinking of each location on the map as being part of a building. The lowest level would be the 1st floor, hence BR1. The second floor (mid BR) is BR2 and the top BR is now BR3. It works the same for the pink tower and carbine on Midship as well as both bases, the ring tower on Sanctuary and BR/Sniper/Lift towers on Lockout.

I dont know if I still have the vids up, but one of my clan members made a training video with all the locations for Midship and Lockout on our website, youre welcome to check it out at www.codeofwarclan.com. I hope that helps, if it dosent ill show you myself.

Please no group invites... I only play MLG customs and don't spend my time wasting it on groups, clans or any other internet social crap.

Send me a friend request.

GT: Final Sentence

I can help you out with just about every map, but to understand everything you need to know where EVERY weapon spawns. Most are just basic call outs for base color "weapon"

Quickie: Lockout S=Sniper Tower BR= 3 level tower across from Sniper (main 2)

S1 or suicide room
S2 (main level)
S3 (where sniper spawns)
S Ramp (connects S1 to S2)
shortcut (between S3 and S2)

Mid Map (above glass)
Under Glass
Green Room
Blue 1 (room that connections to Green Room
Blue 2 or lift (where you come up the lift)
Short ramp (ramp that connections Blue1 to under glass)
Elbow (connections Blue 1 to S1

Sword (where it spawns)
Library (room above sword) more adv players use L1 and L2 to describe the 2 doors

BR1 (bottom level near sword)
BR2 (middle level)
BR3 (top level where BR spawns)
Open Ramp (connections all BRs together)
Library ramp (connections Library to BR3)

That's just one map, overtime it just comes 2nd nature, so it might look like a lot now but it really isn't.

That was a -blam!- good video. The most helpful thing I've ever seen posted, useful for everyone too.

Wait till the new site is launched. We are setting up an entire section of the site for archiving anything to do with training information.
