Okay, I'm fairly new to this forum. I've perused it a couple of times reading and learning. I have a question though and figured I'd better ask it otherwise I won't find an answer.
What happened to the fun in games? Alright, let me back up a bit. To start with all the Xbox Live Halo 2 games I have played are nothing but fragfests for guys with mad skillz who sign up under new accounts and trounce us n00bs. Okay, you like to win. Yippee. When I played some team games on Halo PC, people were nicer. They didn't just want to whip your butt. They offered to help, to teach, to let you become better. That way when you played team games, you felt like a team. You were just as important as anyone else on the team even if you didn't have mad sniper skillz.
Why the heck is Xbox Live not like that? I go in a team game, somebody on my own team offs me to get grenades and ammo. WTF?
So, are there any guys or gals interested an a real game involving teamwork? Planning? Strategy? Fun? I just want to play some good fun games. Like "tag", the game neighborhood kids and I would play when we were young. Fun games.

To sum it up, where can I find people above the age of 21 who are interested in fun, strategic team games?
sadly i agree. this is due to 2 things:
1) voice on xbox communicator. harder to be incredibly rude typing.... and voices get ppl worked up for some reason
2) the biggest killer is the ranking system. that number by everyones name makes them too competitive and not willing to help out the lesser skilled players
