Killing Spree!

Hey guys, just downloaded the new update this morning and I was wondering what that was all about. I really honestly think the game runs smoother, like a few frames higher and a notch better. Am I crazy or did Bungie just change something else. Anyone else experience any change?

i did my update last week, it seams as though it now runs better on my 360 than it ever does on a normal xbox, so it might be optimization

on the deal of optimising halo 2 for the 360, my friends noticed something weird yesterday. we were playing and on a few maps, he would have plants/rocks/ect in certain spots and i wouldn't. we both have the current update, so what's up with the variations between different games?

edit: spelling FTW

New Update only added compatibility for Wireless Guitars. Nothing else.

Im not talking about the 360 dash update. There was a halo 2 update as well.

It was a Hardware update for the Guitar Hero Guitars...as someone said in my thread somewhere near the top of this page entitled "Halo 2 Update" or something.

Jesus can anyone read? There is no Guitar Hero for the original Xbox. There was an original xbox update when you put in halo 2. Entirely different than the 360 dash update

i sent my 360 cause of minor issue.... when it came back today i started playin the games i had one of which is halo2. almost all the games were updating and everything was normal.... but the update for halo2 was different. it took abit more time to get the update... and it actually should restart right, after the update.. so there's nothing on the screen.....just black. switched off 360 and on again. when i logged into xbox live to play online game.....it gave me a message saying

"content downloaded is damaged, please download it again"........ i dont know what sort of content to download.... i saw a message sayin that the new halo2 maps had an update so the maps should re-downloaded again. i did that aswell from content manager. when i'm in the pre-game lobby it says

"map missing" i have all the maps which are being displayed in the "content download".

also i tried to get online with a quick match...... it says server is slow and sorry for the inconvenience.....??????????????

have no idea. thought of asking you guys..... if i dont get any help then whom should i need to call. Microsoft or Bungie??????

Killing Spree!

That happens sometimes when you recover accounts. Easy way to fix is to go into your system memory delete all the maps and then redownload them. You should be good to go and fixed :).
