Inside the Mind of Halotitan Help me get expand my mind.

My Xbox got the red ring of death, and when Microsoft sent me a new Xbox (that I received yesterday) all my gamer Pics and themes were gone. Microsoft told me that I would have to re-download all of them. I have everything back now, all except the Bungie Day Theme (which was the theme I was using before the system crashed). Is there anyway I can re-download this?

Well, go into Account Management, and then to Download History and see if it's listed. If it is, you can download it again. The only problem is that when I looked, I didn't see it listed in there.

If it's not there, I don't know what to say. Try backing up stuff like that on a memory card, if you have one. Just go into memory, find the item, click copy, and select the memory card.

Ok thanks I'll try that. But I shouldn't have to back my things up on a memory card when I have a perfectly good hardrive that should save things like that, you know?

So true. The other week I was thinking, why would I back up my computer when it has a perfectly good hard drive in it?

Of course, when that hard drive killed itself and destroyed nearly all the traces of a semester's worth of torts notes a week before the exam, I felt a bit foolish but I decided the best course of action was to find someone else to blame and complain loudly to them.

Same thing happened to me first year of law school. I wonder if computers somehow know that they're supposed to blow up right before law school exams?

At any rate.... good call on the memory card. I better do that since everybody I know seems to get that damn red ring of death.... it's only a matter of time, it seems.

When you send it to Microsoft, keep ur hard drive with you. I know someone who kept his hard drive after the Rings of Death & MS gave him a brand new HDD!

You people have just sent my sides into orbit. A bunch of MLG try hards sucking the dick of some supposed pro half the thread hasn't even heard of. Classic.

I do not believe you can redownload it. Do you have a friend close that did? Maybe you can copy it to a memory card and then copy it back to your 360.

No :( *sniff. It's actually pretty crazy, the Logo is there when I log into XBL, however it automatically disappears when I log off. When I sent the Xbox in I did keep the hardrive.
