I've played Modded custom games before and they're fun. I want to mod. Now I want to do custom games modding ONLY. I don't want to take it into matchmaking. I would like to know if I could get banned for just playing Custom modded games. I was planning to but I have not bought any action replay stuff yet.

All I want to do is have fun with friends in modded custom games. I never plan on using it in matchmacking.

My Question: Will I get banned from xbox live by using Action replay or Modding devices in a CUSTOM GAME?

I DO NOT OWN ANY ACTION REPLAY DEVICES OR MODDING EQUIPMENT.

I am only useing this thread to find information. I may or may not get Action replay or other moding devices due to posts and replies.

I hate everything, but it's not my fault.

Yes. It still violates the XBL terms of service, even if you are a "benevolent" cheater.
