Who has beaten Fable,(and enjoyed it)and would agree Bungie should put their somewhat now questionable genius due to Halo 2's premature release, into the making of a Fable 2?

Halo 2's premature release? The only reason they released it when they did was because fans were begging them to. "Somewhat questionable genius"? What exactly do you mean by that? What. the game didn't satisfy your incredibly high expactations, so they're questionable now? Just because you personally didn't like that game as much as about a million other people did, doesn't mean you have to make posts like everyone will agree with you on a friggin' opinion.

All of the employees at Bungie have IQ's over 150 and make better games with even better stories, than Peter Molyneux could even dream of. I'd take Durandal's meddling over an armless, nonsense talking bunny anyday.

P.S. The bunny I'm refering to, is of course, Rayman.

I beat fable twice, once evil, once good, but i found it to be a little short, but it was a good game and i would play it againa nd was money well spent. Doesnt have the muliplayer or anythign halo 2 has and they are complletely different games.

I found fable to be a mix of 3 games, KOTOR, lord of the rings(any of the 3), and the sims, anyone whos played those 3 games and fable knows what im saying.

First of all, Daedalus referred to Marathon's plot, which while it did include shooting aliens, also dealt with opening wormholes, exploring wreckage of battles fought between cyborg races thousands of years ago, puzzling over an AI's mysterious manipulator while awakening an even older and more mysterious AI, and eventually dwelling into the metaphysical nature of the universe.
Halo, too, has a full literary plotline, if you weren't too blind to notice.

"Evil Prevails where good men do nothing".

Sooner or later you'll realize that it is almost impossible to put a post up in any of these forums without having extremists on both sides of the fence screaming at you.
Halo 2 was a good game and yes, everyone had high expectations - they were only calling it the best game ever.

Both games suffered from the exact same problem, hype. Go pick up an issue of a video game mag. the month after Fable came out. Everyone I read had an "apology" interview. The creators were getting horrible feedback, you could beat the game in one day, and certain key selling point features were completally removed from the game at the last min.
Talented, ambitious developers that are revealing too much content before the game is being polished are cutting their own throats. Feverish gamers like myself are keeping up on all of the info and wonder what the hell happend when the game actually hits the store shelves.

I would still love to get my hands on Marathon, but I doubt any companies around here still have it :(

Go to the Marathon Sticky in the Underground, and dowload AlephOne. Same thing, just made to work on Windows.

You can play on and on in Fable even if you beat the game. I have an unlimited money supply for any one who wasnts it contact me. I think Fable 2 should be made by their original makers not Bungie.
