How do you get booted in Halo2 matchmaking? Can someone explain how I got booted twice without having any betrayals? One of the games it happened in I cannot find(it only lists me playing 2 games today when I played 3) in my recent games list but the other one is Team Slayer BR on Zanzibar * Klagis placed 1st * Playlist: Team Training * 10/08/2007, 5:12 PM PDT * Length: 00:12:01http://www.bungie.net/Stats/GameStatsHalo2.aspx?gameid=747712 614&player=KlagisIf you look at the Carnage report me and my guests did not get betrayals but we got booted and given a DNF...I'm so confused....
If so, how does that boot you? It never used to...Did they change that recently? Also it doesn't list betrayals...Doesn't matter guest or not...[Edited on 08.10.2007 6:43 PM PDT]
i hate when that happens, last night everytime some one killed me last night it said my team betrayed me, and when they got killed it said i betrayed them, i got booted alot.
To betray your team I don't think you have to kill someone just be the first one to damage them right before they die. Say you throw a grenade and it hits someone on your team with full health and then they get beat down or something by the other team. If I'm not mistaken that is a betrayal.
I know about damaging like if you take out all your allies health and an enemy hits them with one bullet and dies its your fault but it didn't say I betrayed and the carnage report lists no betrayals yet I got booted....
It does list betrayals. Your guest betrayed you, so your other teammates probably got the option to boot him.
