I'm not talking about finding things. I'm talking about just simply scrolling up or down, or navigation throught the site in general.
I'm using Firefox. I use ...damn, see, right there...I typing in the text field and I have to scroll because the cursor goes behind the "tool bar". That, my friends, is bad web design.
Anyway, now I've scrolled...on with my thought...I use Firefox on Windows at work, and on Mac at home. After reading your post, I tried this forum on IE on my Mac...it's an older version of IE, so a warning message came up saying "Warning, you are viewing the site in a downgraded display", but you know what? It was better. No tool bar getting in the way of my text field, no clunky jittering scroll.
I also tried Safari on the Mac and it too was clunky and slow, from all the graphics. I'll try it on more browsers and more platforms at work.
