For CTF-
Coag: You want to rush the rockets at the very beginning, it's probably the most important thing (next to getting the flag of course.) No rockets for the other team means you can fly the banshee or drive the ghost/hog without fear of getting blown up. So do a ghost rush in the beginning of the match for the rockets, have your sniper lay down cover fire if he can.
When you have rockets and middle map control, push up on their base, park the ghost on the teleporter and have sniper hide in rocks or in the middle (with support.) From there, your sniper can spawn kill and your team can get some team shooting on, and it's just a matter of getting the flag outta the base.
Zanzibar: The inital ghost rush should be for Froman Sniper. Your sniper should keep an eye on the enemy's turret, because he'll almost always be there to keep whoever's rushing Froman from getting the sniper. With turret down, you just have to beat one guy to get Froman sniper. Post up outside and snipe, possibly rush the Guass to shoot up the inside of the base, but watch out for the rocket guy. If you can get a hold of rockets, or kill the rocket guy, the rest is pretty easy.
Headlong: On offense you want to have at least three people in BR hallway when you're attacking. That's the most crucial spot to hold down because you have a window to the flag and you can 'nade people there defending it, or use rockets of course. On defense, you want to play weak zone. You don't want everyone camping in the base, unless you have second floor locked down (you can do this with camping with duals in stairs or roaming second floor.) Be careful though, if the attacking team has sword and rockets, you're more or less done for.
Sniper should always post up on the broken bridge for offense. From there, he can pick off people as they spawn and keep them out the base.
