im sick of people who start games then leave their controller or they lose first round of game so the quit out of game just stop playing halo if you are that big of a -blam!-

Agreed. I run into that a lot when I'm playing SWAT and people quit just because it isn't a slayer scenario...

Totally agree,
Get so annoyed when people quit in skirmish games, usally its the people are doing worst who quit but it makes it even harder when there gone.

The only success you can really have in Skirmish games like that is to just keep the other team from scoring. Even that is tough, but it's near impossible to win CTF or Assault if its 2v4.

Well, since you can't see the gametype until the actual map load, that kind of renders the title a bit inapropriate.
But I do agree with you on the skirmish side. It's really annoying when you lose 5 ranks because people continually quit.
