basically what it says on the second sentence. Like when i make a game on Halo PC, it doesn't show up on the games list. So people can't click on my game to join. I couldn't find out why it will not show up on the list. It happened to my friend one time, but he didn't do anything different and it fixed itself. But mine never show up.

Well for one, that isn't considered Match Making.

What you are needing help on is that you are creating a custom game and hosting it on your system and when your friend brings up his game list in the lobby it doesn't so up right? First off, you need to make sure you have the game port that you are using (like 2302) forwarded on your router so that external IP addresses can connect to your system through that port number. Once you do that, your friend should be able to see your game. IF not, try using a direct IP connection instead of the game browser.
