Firstly you should check that the expected recipients who are supposedly sending you PM's aren't on your block list. Secondly, if you can, try to confirm that someone has actually sent a private message to you. If you're sure the message feature is not working for you, it's probably best to send an e-mail to [email]bnetbugs@microsoft.com[/email]. If they find there's a bug, they should be able to fix it eventually. If this problem continues to persist after performing the actions above, I would suggest using a second account, if you have one, and send "Brazilian_Rider" a private message. Make sure that after you select submit, it says in gray text, "Private message was sent successfully." Log out of your second account and wait five minutes.
Also be aware that you might not be using a platform/browser combination here that is compatible for Bungie.net; clear your cookies and cache. Now, log back into Brazilian_Rider and check your private messages. This would confirm the issue at hand, as well as guarantee that private messages have failed to being sent successfully to your account.
