alow me to contribute to the braying and neighing of barnyard animals by saying that (asides from Xeroh) you should all be ashamed. The lack of multiculturalism in the thread is discusting! Can't you just leave Canada and France alone? I demand apologys!

I said nothing about france...or canada.

I still don't get it. He's Canadian, and he gets snapped in half. Where's the pun? But then again, here in the U.S., we get slapped for using puns. Enjoy your freedom of punning, and come visit us down here one day.

I was thinking about it today (it was school and I was bored) and maybe it means the old mans brain snapped. And he went insane...you know...someone might...find it sorta...funny...

The oldest man in canada died today, he was living the rest of his life in the Calgary Balmosa group home when he was only one day from his birthday. Eye witnesses say that he was having the time of his life.

He died instantly when he snaped in half.

People die all the time.

Bah, I have mastered the art of crossing the street and it is quite simple...if you live in a small polite town like me. Of course if you are out on the crosswalk in a big city then you are just asking for it.

Xeroh, you think Canada is multicultural, try living in South Florida like me. Most newspaper headlines read " -blam!--Handicapped-Buddhist-Latino pride parade to be held tomorrow" or stuff like that. it's really f'ed up down here!

  • 12.01.2004 6:15 PM PDT

I still have no idea what the hell is going on here. The joke made absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Oh, and for those of you who think that we’re making fun of Canada- we're not. However bizarre this joke was, it was still that, a joke. Don't have a heart attack over it.

yeah, try flagging down a taxi in chicago, you'll probably get creamed by a 15-year-old Audi.

Or better yet a Buick driven by some old guy from Oak Park.

Sorry, downtown chicago traffic pisses me off.
