Is it just me, or would it rock if Bungie started releasing the early playable builds of Halo?... I mean they've shown them to us, time after time, have screenshots, why not just release them and be done with it?!!! Basicly they just gather together what pre-Xbox stuff they had, and release it in a bundle. They wouldn't even have to worry about maps, players would take care of that... Think about it, the bad camera angles, the slow framerates, the low polygon counts, gattling guns that shoot off enough shells to probably make your machine crash, machettes, flame throwers... It'd be pure bliss... It'd be the place to go for Mods for those of us who don't want to buy actual Halo PC (It's against my religion damnit!), but want something cool to mod....

Oh, and to those who didn't know what I was talking about with the original post, check out the Halo 2 bonus DVD if you can, or go to Bungie's regular Halo site and check out the pre-Xbox section, they did have playable versions with the flamethrower and such that they showed on the DVD... And the warthog looks awesome with that giant gun... Yeah... Just clarifying
