Just courious...does leaving feedback actually do anything to ban people?

Why have you gotten banned before? I was wondering because if enough people leave feedback on lets say a stand-byer and they are a 30+ how could they get up that high without getting permentally banned?

Standbyers are auto-banned for 2 weeks when their network manipulation is detected. If they're caught doing it again, they will be perma-banned.

And yes, leaving feedback on someone may get them banned. It flags that user's account, and if they get enough flags, xbox live will look at their game history.
