I'm not going to say no, and I'm not going to say yes. Quite frankly, it's not in my place to decide. Sure with the upcoming influx of people visiting the site, it'll be a little harder for the ninjas to manage but if the members do their part and report the offenders it shouldn't be a problem. Sure there's pros and cons but it's up for the webteam to decide, not the members. No offense to you, Im not trying to pick on you. But this is the perfect example of a suck up post. It is basically asking the moderators to be a mod without truly asking. Why? Because it says something without progressing the discussion at all due to complete neutrality on the subject. If you really knew it wasn't your say, you wouldn't post. While most people do, they like to hope and will just voice their opinions in the hopes they get picked to be a moderator. Others try to show off their neutral stance and trust in the mods to try to get on their good side.
Sorry to pick you, but it really isn't personal.I like being picked... it makes me feel special. Also, I wasn't being entirely neutral I basically said we have enough and the current amount of ninjas that we have would suffice if the members also stayed on top. But you can read whatever you want into what I say.
Im not saying that you are sucking up, its just the type of comment I see for about the first page of any one of these threads and then sparratically through the rest of the pages. People will show off neutrality to get plus from the moderators. Your point is a good one though. The moderators have survived large number of members before, so why should we change now? I just feel that the moderators will have to be changed sooner or later, so why not do it smoothly rather than in one fell confusing swoop.
