In order to stand out, you must first accept and embrace what makes you different.

I sure hope that there's another way to report cheaters and if anyone knows how, please pass along that wonderful information.

I haven't used that email since the last update. What kind of cheater did you come across? What was the address you sent the email to? What was the return message on the email?

h2cheats is not generally monitored since the most recent Halo 2 autoupdate, as pretty much everything with regards to cheaters is done through an automated system. Both modders and standbyers are automatically banned, and the system also deals with people who try and force host. Map and game bug exploiters (BXR, out of map stuff, etc.) continue to be dealt with using the Xbox Live feedback system.

I found this post by Achronos.

it was someone who at the time was only de-ranking (I hate them too) but he told me that he'd NEVER get banned and he's stand-byed all the time and has forced being host just so he can rank up faster. That and the fact that this kid kept telling me to F*** off and go get a life (btw, he's 15 and told me that I've never been laid EVEN after I told him I'm happily married). There's no room on XBL for crude cheating little brats such as him and I'm not paying $50 a year to hear people brag about cheating an not being banned. I'm paying for a service and I want to see one aspect of that service being carried out.

The only cheating I have ever witnessed was in Halo 2. If you play on the XBL arcade, you can have a ton of good times. ;)

Hey assasin the kid is trying to report a cheat and you give him crap about a problem he experienced with the proper way to report them. Comes off sounding like your a fellow cheater and don't want people reporting it. My advice: Send the e-mail again and again until it goes through without a kickback.

dude serously im not trying to b mean but after you play the game w/ that annoying wanabe cheater u go on with your life. dont stop to get out of your way to try and ban him. Dont even leave feedback (theres a way to delete yor feedback) its a waste of time trying your hardest to ban a cheater there r so many ways to get out of it. Just go on playing the game. Hes the idiot.

Never eat yellow snow, unless of course, you spilled your Mt. Dew!

Yeah some people never let things go and aren't happy enough with the feedback they can provide. What more do they want..........little 15 year olds swinging from the gallows or pictures of the banned and departed on b-net?

A cheating-free XBL environment. Or actually banning cheaters. Host by Bungie servers. Bug/Glitch fixing. And so on...
Or in short words: SERVICE FOR OUR MONEY, BUNGIE!

You know, there's NOTHING worse than a cheater. This guy has a legit gripe: This is a sport, albeit a digital one, and he, like a lot of us, just wants some even ground to play on. Cheaters aren't a minor ripple...their a major nusiance. I play for fun..and that fun is totally tossed out the window when I have to quit 3 games in a row because someone is standbying, modding, or otherwise just being a holy terror. You can call people whiners all day for griping about cheaters, but, think about this: an Xbox, and old one, still costs about $75-150, depending on where and how you purchase it...Xbox live costs $50 a year, Halo 2 costs $30 new, and high speed net runs you $20 and up...add all this up. You spend all this money, take the time and trouble to set it up, make friends online, then go online to play. Then you get cheated. All that time, money, and "fun", just goes right out the window. Why? So some clownfish can get his rank up, or show off for his buddies, or cheat for who knows what reason...I agree with the guy previously, who said it's a cry for attention. It's pathetic, however you wanna go about it. Cheating means one thing, and only one thing: you can't hack it against other human players. You have no skills, no urge to improve yourself, and your a lazy bastidge with no moral values. Shut off the Xbox, and please, just go away, and let us legit players have fun.

Freedom of Speech does not equal "Freedom from Consequences when one speaks".

It is a right, and all rights have responsibilities associated with them. Ignore the responsibility, and you tend to lose the right.
