I think you should burn your halo disc for wanting something this skill free, host dependent, repetative, stupid, and overall bad. I hope you burn in the hottest fires of hell for presenting such a terrible idea. In conclusion, jesus died for everyone but you.

There's a difference between people who take Halo seriously and the kids you describe.

I am of the opinion that people in MM really need to take the game more seriously. Live is full of people who just screw around, team kill, quit, cheat, and don't play. Where's the fun in that? I really wish people would be more serious about it.

But taking Halo seriously doesn't include trash talking every time you kill somebody or yelling at somebody and accusing them of cheating every time you die. It mostly just means playing the game to the best of your abilities.

QFT

Totally different:

I trash talk and corpse hump, thats my way of enjoying the game, dont like it, mute me please. I used to try, but now i just mess around with my friends in btb training or w/e they call it.

My personal rule is that I won't say anything to you at a safe distance that I wouldn't say to your face. I never flip people off when I drive. I have however, elected to prosecute battles initiated by those who do. It never ceases to amaze me just how tough people are until you box them in and start dragging them through their car's window.

So it is with HALO 2. I take all competition seriously. I was raised to excel no matter what the venue. Playing may be fun, but winning is definately fun. I take my fun seriously. Those who can't act with a winning attitude need to start reviewing the application forms for welfare and stop ruining the online gaming experience for those of us who enjoy playing.

I realize there are a lot of ninnies, childish jerks, and room temperature IQs playing HALO online. To them I would humbly ask, is there a busy highway near you or perhaps a gun in your home? If so, please kill yourself. You are a burden to society and ytou will never amount to anything more than a janitor or a Wal-Mart greeter.

To those of you who want to have fun, I hope I meet you on the field. To those of you who are just taking up bandwidth, I hope I read about you in the obits. Remember, gun in the mouth pointed towards the back of the head.

They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.

I just mute em.

Greatest of all time

It is stupid and childish to take a game seriously, no one should be blaming any particular group of gamers for all the trash talking. Kids, adults, Americans, British, WHATEVER. They all trash talk.

It just seems that kids are mostly to blame because they have the most annoying voices. In reality, there are probably more adult trash talkers than kids.

Now thats just for the trash talking.

As for taking Halo to seriously, as in competitions and MLG, then yes it is taken way to seriously.

Telling people to commit suicide for playing the game for fun and fooling around? That is pathetic.

Now I'm going to go join a game and derank.

After that I'll commit suicide in real life since I ruined someones fun on XBL, because we all know committing suicide fixes all problems. [/sarcasm]

Oh look! My personal troll/stalker that is too much of a weak little puss to use IMs is here again. What's the matter Susan? Vaginitis got you down?

The world would be a better place if you offed yourself. Do it.

This would be a good time to point out that the US Government seriously did consider nuking the moon during the Cold War as a show of force. Project A119.

"A large explosion on the Terminator line would put the sun behind the mushroom cloud, making the explosion visible with the naked eye from Earth."

Then the US decided they'd just send in Neil Armstrong to land on it. Neil Armstrong - the one man on the earth that was considered a suitable replacement for a nuclear missile.

Well, I'm not like those immature brats who scream at you when you kill them, or when they kill you. I'm just kind of calm and laid back. However, I tend to refer every possible thing to the Halo stoyline. I guess you could say I'm like Eric from That 70's Show. (For those who have not seen it, He is obsesed with Star Wars)

Are you gonna kill yourself, are any little kids? No... it was said to express himself, not to actually get people to do it. I think anyone who would kill themselves over a forum post needed to die.

There are limits to expressing yourself. Telling people to commit suicide on the forums of a video game. Hmmmm....

Over forum posts? LAWL

Yes, then it is still a very serious thing to say. Just because its over the internet it doesn't give you the right to be immature and childish.
