...when its your job, and its a high paying job, yes.
If i didn't have to go to school or work, and just ahd to play halo 10 hours a day, i would actually have more time for friends than I do now, and if I could make 250K over 3 years doing it, then I'd consider that living the high life.
Sitting in a dark room remaining sedentary for ten hours is the high life?
Theres 14 more hours in the day........................sleeping is for noobs!
I sure as hell would take making 250k over 3 years playing video game, then doing a real job. Call me lazy but its true.
Yeah. They could take it two ways. They could wake up at say 8 in the morning, and start playing(comparable to their job) Play for 10 Hours, be done by 6. Leaving another 6+ Hours to have a social life. the come home, and still get plenty of sleep. OR, they could live the life of a kid, wake up at noon, play until like 6/7 go out and have fun, come home late and play for a few more hours, then sleep again till 12.
If you did this for your job, it wouldn't require all your time. And, this is just T2 thats said this, I don't believe a lot of players actually spend that much time playing per day.
