I am having trouble installing this game, it is telling me that you need a better Video Card ( NVIDIA ) and I have the top of the line Nvidea card, and it wont work, why is this happening??

please tell us the whole name/spec of the graphics card, not just 'it's the latest'.
Also tell us your spec (just go start then to run, and then type in 'dxdiag' without the quotes)
and lastly, what other games do you have that are installed and running fine?

i used to have sims but not anymore, and my video card is GeForce Go 7300 NVIDIA oh and i did the test, it said nothing is wrong.

Your video card is everything else but the top of the line. And since you have a laptop... Sorry, I just don't see you playing Halo 2 until you buy a desktop.

Laptops are generally not for gaming at all. unless you buy top of the line ( those laptops cost give or take $3000), then desktops are the way to go for gaming.
