Hi,

When you run the game from the CD, you get a couple options, two of them allowing you to play the game.

I wanted to install it and not need the CD, however I didn't read what was below and clicked the first option to start playing the game immediately. It specifies that the game will self install while playing. I understand that it extracts everything and adds it in the installed program folder, but where are the icons to play it?

Do I have to uninstall and reinstall using the other option? Thanks

Here you will need this to help you get your foot out of the back of your throat, looks llike its in there pretty deep. And what is that on your face? Egg?! *hands Kim a washcloth*

For some reason a few games don't add a shortcut to the desktop or anywhere. So what you need to do is go into the program files and run the exe in your halo 2 folder and the game will install while playing.

The reason Halo 2 for Windows Vista doesn't add a shortcut to the desktop is because it is featured in the Games Explorer under Start -> All Programs -> Games. You can drag and drop that shortcut from the Games Explorer to the Desktop if you prefer it there.

Yes, I am a hypocrite, and I'm sorry. I really do mean well, but I'm not running on all cylinders.

Everytime someone buys a copy of Halo 2 Vista, a puppy dies.

I found the Halo 2 shortcut in "Games" right on the Start menu.

I don't think people who buy Vista Business play high-end games.
