Location: Outlaws' Summit.

Play MLG FFA/Customs and Team Hardcore. That will improve your accuracy, techniques, communication (maybe) and teamwork.

Play Team Slayer to learn how to slay. Weapon control, map control, role on the team (support, etc.)

Above all, you just gotta play. But there is more to playing, if you want to improve. You should play with people better than you too, which will in turn help you get better.

But honestly.......Halo 2 is almost 6 feet under. We should be wondering how to get good at Halo 3 LOL!!!

From what I've experienced from the beta, being good with grenades and melee can make a player with good aiming a really good individual.

Play the game on the hardest setting, and play custom games with your friends. Get used to every weapon in the game and learn when they are good to use and how to use them. Also practice countering weapons like the sword, and throwing grenades. Practice shooting people in the head is swat.

It's that simple...MLG/button glithces dont help if you dont know how to play...

Learn Weapon spawns and how to get to the power weapons quickly. (EX - blowing up barrrels for snipe on Lockout)
Learn spawn locations
Learn to work as a team
LEARN TO USE BR

team hardcore with a party of 4 helps a lot. Playing with people somewhat better than you helps.

It doesn't really matter what your skill level is in Halo 2. Halo 3 is less than a month away.

A tosser is the same as a wanker. To toss oneself off is to fondle the trouser weasel.

I pledge allegiance, to the flag, of the United Earth Space Corp;
And to the military, for which it stands;
One army, under Bungie;
Unstoppable, with Spartans, and Carbines for all!

Yes, practice is the main thing.
An idea to get better is to turn on handicap to minor and just play team training.

Also, one thing in video games is just that you are born good. Sometimes you get to the best you can be, peroid.

Play against people who are not good at all, trash talk them a bit, and build up your confidence. It's not a nice way, but it helps.

After you're feeling confident, start playing better people, and better people.

Confidence seems to have a lot to do with how well you play.
