I've been trying to contact the bungie.net bug email for about a week now about a problem with the website, but have not gotten a reply that helps (only an automated one.) Hopefully, someone from Bungie will see this on the forum and be able to take it where it needs to go.

This is the email I've most recently sent.

----------------------

Please read fully before sending another automated reply. This is a problem with the BUNGIE WEBSITE. It is a BUG in the system. It needs to be FIXED. This is not gameplay related, or has anything to do with the actually stat system. THIS IS A BUG THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

Dear Bungie.net,

My clan, "For the Cause" recently (I believe on the 21st) had all the members leave it. I then recreated the clan, because I liked the name, and got a few members back, and a new one. But, on our stat page on the website, we can not view our recent games. The last game it has logged was for one on November 16th. That game was played before the clan was recreated. It was the last clan game we had before everyone left.

Although those games stayed, our record and level got reset (as we were level 14 with over 100 games and now we are level 15 or so with a little over 60 games).

Now, our level and record resetting we are fine with. We wanted a new begining and we got it. But, all the games we've played since the clan has been recreated have not been logged under the games section, meaning we can't view any of the 60 or so games we've played.

We hope this problem can be fixed. Thanks for your time.

I'm bumping this because I'm out of ideas of how to contact Bungie about this problem.
